Billing Administrator
An entry level position, the Billing Administrator is primarily responsible for answering inbound phone calls from our client base, and ensuring appropriate resolution is quickly rendered to any billing issues. This requires close and dependable interaction with various departments within our organization – from the immediate Billing team to our Accounting, Network Administration, Sales, and Customer Support staff. Details / Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound phone calls to our call-center.
- Manage customer past-dues via phone call and email reminders, and provide ‘walk-through’ assistance to customers to regain payment.
- Provide customers with detailed and pleasant ‘hands on’ assistance with updating credit card, address, and general account set-up and contact information.
- Work with customers on various account, billing and customer service issues to reach solutions that maintain customer satisfaction, and if necessary apply cancellation assistance.
- Assisting customers via online ticketing system and providing accurate resolution in a timely manner.
- Use in-house ticket tracking / communication platform to monitor various billing, customer support, and internal issues, providing updates to proper departments.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of call center experience in a customer service capacity
- Ability to work well in a team is essential
- Acute attention to detail with currency, accounts and numbers
- Experience with common payment systems (e.g. PayPal, Electronic Pay by Check, Wire Transfers, etc)
- Previous experience in a web hosting environment preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
